The Talent Management Partner is an individual contributor reporting to the Director of Talent Management. You will be responsible for the design and execution of Chatham's talent programs including but not limited to performance management, performance reviews, succession planning, career development, and engagement. You will be able to enhance employee performance, leadership capability, and ensure effective talent data is captured to inform talent solutions. Talent Management at Chatham is an evolving program, so you'll have the opportunity to create processes and systems to implement and scale talent programs across the company.
In this role you will:
- Improve and enhance Chatham's performance management program, continuing to drive on-going feedback, alignment of individual goals with organizational objectives, and accountability.
- Enhance and deliver Chatham's engagement strategy, developing and recommending employee engagement initiatives, and organizational effectiveness through data-driven insights.
- Manage leadership and talent initiatives to build the talent bench strength (talent reviews, succession planning, org development and talent assessments)
- Champion and create project plans for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging initiatives
- Act as a project lead for change management initiatives to provide tools, frameworks and resources
- Project manage the portfolio of strategic Talent Management initiatives to ensure deadlines are met
- Establish effectiveness measurements for Change, Talent, and Leadership practices. Once established, monitor metrics to make recommendations on new strategic initiatives and also which individual programs to retire or redesign.
- Create scorecards/dashboards to monitor and communicate talent management program results
- Create project management processes for talent program progress, scheduling, roadmaps, timelines, communication plans, and deliverables for Talent Management Team
- Utilize metrics and data analysis to drive process, strategy, and provide ongoing analysis of Talent programs across the organization
- Administer financial processes including Statement of Work, contract renewals, monitoring costs, and budgets with external partners
- Clearly communicate priorities and timelines to Talent team and stakeholders
- Apply a growth mindset in all activities, including seeking out evidence-based practices and making innovative recommendations to improve programs

Contributors to your success:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, or another related field or equivalent experience
- General understanding of the talent "life cycle" and intersections between Talent Management, Learning and Development, Organizational Development and Talent Acquisition
- 3+ years of experience with talent management programs, organization development, and change management
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Analytical problem-solving skills, adept at analyzing data and drawing insights to assess the organization's talent programs, recognize potential issues, diagnose root causes, and craft viable solutions.
- Self-directed with a high degree of accuracy and thoroughness, process oriented, monitors own work to ensure quality, and uses feedback to improve performance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including developing communications, learning content, and delivering training presentations.
- Experience using talent management systems, platforms, and HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors and Workday
- Ability to work effectively with virtual teams and accommodate time differences.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to work cross functionally with a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to measure program effectiveness
