Come join the Talent Development Team as a Talent and Organizational Development Lead. This role requires a hands-on subject matter expert who is ready to lead the design, development, implementation, and delivery of a wide range of learning and development programs and initiatives to advance our strategic leadership and people priorities.

Hybrid or onsite:

Role Responsibilities
- Leads the design, coordination and facilitation of all learning and development programs within the U.S. Operations via in-person classes, train the trainer programing, virtual workshops/events, micro-learning or other blended e-learning platform options.
- Lead the launch of the new GDLS Leadership Connections program leveraging a formalized change management approach. Integrate new program content into current leadership development programs.
- Create and design professional, engaging, educational learning programs, including within the Learning Management Systems (SAP SuccessFactors) with the user in mind that brings a simple, easy to navigate and impactful learning experience.
- Connect regularly with Leaders (new and experienced) and provide direct support and coaching on multiple developmental topics including career path discussions.
- Continuously assess and enhance the effectiveness of our learning programs by conducting qualitative and quantitative data-driven analysis.
- Conduct thorough learning needs analyses with SMEs and stakeholders to inform future learning and development needs.
- Assist and partner within the Human Resources team in the design and implementation of programming to support initiatives such as performance management, talent attraction and workplace culture.
- Partner with critical stakeholders to ensure timely execution of program activities, including event preparation and delivery (in-person and virtual), scheduling, and attendance tracking
- Evaluate current state of Talent Development and Talent Acquisition marketing and communication content and processes for GDLS U.S. initiatives
- Facilitate communication and coordination among all stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy in to successfully execute projects. Leverage strong communication skills when working with stakeholders, training audiences of various sizes, committees, leaders, and vendors.
- Ability to think holistically and strategically about Talent philosophies and processes, identify opportunities to improve our approaches, anticipate impact to stakeholders (employees, managers, HR) and recommend approaches and implementation plans.
- Work on ad-hoc projects, as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, education, communications or related professional field from an accredited university
- Coaching Certification from an industry recognized organization (preferred)
- Master's Certification in Instructional Design (preferred)
- 7 - 10 years of relevant work experience:
- Leveraging technology to create a blended learning and development experience for employees
- Utilizing training software and tracking learning content in a learning management system (LMS), preferably SAP SuccessFactors
- Evaluating training program effectiveness through metrics, feedback, and assessments, making continuous improvements based on insights
- Demonstrated organization, time management, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate on a diverse team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in applying instructional design and adult learning principles to create learning and development program content
- Experience demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills, including group facilitation, influencing, and persuading others
- Strong advising and relationship building skills; ability to work in a collaborative and team-centric culture
- Experience in leading functional/cross-functional initiatives
- Exceptional research and benchmarking skills
- Capable of developing solutions with minimal oversight that meet business needs
- Advanced Skills in Microsoft Office Suites software
