As an Azion Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying new customers through telephone contact, email, among others. Your main responsibility will be to be able to contact those companies in which we currently do not operate, with a focus on expanding the company's sales, leading it from start to finish or supplying the other Azion sales teams with new opportunities.
As a BDR, you have an entrepreneurial, resilient profile with excellent oral and written communication. His profile is Hunter, and he is prepared to deal with customer objections. But most importantly: you don't sit around waiting, you run after the result! You conquer the customer and exceed their expectations with our products and services.
Our Account Executives are responsible for the sales cycle – from prospecting to closing projects with new customers (hunting) as well as with existing customers (upsell).
As an Azion Account Executive, you have a technical profile and commercial experience in the Cloud Computing, Hosting, Security, IT Consulting, E-commerce market or have similar knowledge, with a profile for business expansion (Hunter). You are prepared to deal with customer objections, have an entrepreneurial and resilient profile and manage to close negotiations in a practical and fair way.

Responsibilities:

- Good interpersonal relationship, leadership, proactivity, constant search for knowledge and resilience.
- Enjoy working cross-functionally with stakeholders (account executives, marketing, sales operations, teammates);
- Enjoy and have technology skills to become an expert in edge computing and profiled account identification;
- Like sales, business and is focused on customer experience; Motivated to talk to dozens of people a day, by phone and email - market (hunter);
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously;
- Know the main sales concepts: sales funnel, inside sales, follow up, etc;
- Excellent organization, good management and updating of information within the CRM, focus on results and productivity.
Minimum qualifications:
- Excellent spoken and written communication;
- Consistent experience with corporate sales;
- Experience in prospecting and market development (hunter).
- Experience in customer service through remote sales (email, telephone and other channels);
Proven results in the area; - Ongoing degree in IT, Business with emphasis in IT, or equivalent experience;
Desirable qualifications:
- Knowledge in Solutions sales methodology;
- Experience in corporate sales in the IT area;
- Have already used a CRM/Hubspot and know research techniques using contact research plugins, Sales Navigator, Intricately and WebpageTest;
- Experience in Cloud or Edge Computing deployment and migration projects;
- Understanding of technology and the operation of networks;
