The Talent Program Manager is client-facing and will provide the highest level of recruiting services to the business unit. The manager will oversee recruiting pipelines for workforce planning, resourcing strategies and data analytic programs as designed by the Talent Acquisition Team. These services include recruiting and sourcing strategy development and implementation to meet business high-volume staffing and recruiting.
What we are looking for…
- Ability to guide, influence and communicate hiring expectations by driving full-life cycle recruiting process and building strong relationships with the various line and functional clients.
- Works closely with Hiring Managers and HR partners to meet hiring needs and ensure that hiring is productive and consistent with business goals; increase candidate flow and develop strategic solutions that will attract and acquire high quality, diverse candidates.
- Support the Data Center team by asking HR related questions and explaining interpretation of TA related policies and procedures, educating business on how to access and utilize resources appropriately.
- Formulate business strategies outlining competencies and identifying gaps in recruiting strategy by analyzing Talent Acquisition program processes and creating appropriate solutions such training and communication to address gaps.
- Collaborate and align with HR COEs to ensure execution of project plan and resources are in place by working with management to assign/obtain needed resources for project success.
- Articulate and represent D&I recruiting initiatives by partnering and identifying additional programs and resources to elevate identification of diverse recruiting pools.
- Responsible for sourcing candidates for new business pursuits and developing pipeline of talent.
- Advance and execute against creative sourcing techniques for a range of positions from skilled labor to manager level positions; techniques include direct sourcing, internet recruiting, networking, utilization of external research, etc.
- Partner with HRAs and Data Center business to understand and track supply and demand across division.
- Work with HR and business teams to ensure reporting is accurate, accessible, and promptly shared with internal and external stakeholders.
- Report out recruitment pipelines, strategies, and challenges with business leadership and HRA/HRBP.
- Work with TA and Marketing group to create a proactive plan for building a robust recruiting strategy to market and brand key roles to increase pipeline.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years in Recruiting or HR with core skills in sourcing, screen, and interview candidates for open positions.
- Must have a creative and strategic mindset with short- and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization is required.
- Ability to communicate company strategy, business plan, structure and point of view on key business topics to prospective candidates.
- Strong relationship building with experience establishing/leading internal and external partnerships
- Experience supporting Operations/high volume recruitment or customers
Estimated total compensation for this position:
90,000.00 – 111,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
