Taproom Manager at Phantom Farms Brewing

Phantom Farms Brewing in Cumberland, RI is seeking a motivated and creative Taproom Manager. Since opening in March of 2024, we are looking to add to our team a likeminded individual with a passion for craft beer and hospitality.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Maintain and Evolve taproom business and culture
• Leading and coordinating the taproom team
• Develop and coordinate elevated hospitality experiences
• Execute plans to grow revenue and profitability
• Work with production teams and ownership teams to achieve goals
• Creation of SOPs with ongoing improvements to taproom operation
