Get to Know This Role
The Taproom Support position is centered in the restaurant's Front of the House operations whose responsibilities include but are not limited to clearing and resetting tables, running beverages and food, carrying trays, assisting with the expediting of food coming from the kitchen, and supporting servers throughout the dining experience. The Taproom Support, who reports to the Front of the House Supervisors Team, is responsible for being an expert resource to the guests visiting our onsite Food and Beverage Operations.

What You Will Do
- Follows and enforces SNBC and State of California and/or North Carolina laws and policies regarding alcoholic beverages
- Ensures guests are seated at a clean, properly set table within the shortest amount of time possible
- Runs food, delivers beer, and helps expedite the guests’ experience
- Maintains a safe, clean, and well stocked environment for the guests to dine in
- Actively participates in daily, weekly, monthly trainings and operational updates to ensure up-to-date knowledge
- Maintains cleanliness of all areas of the facility, including but not limited to the food prep area, all guest facing areas, restrooms, breakrooms, and offices
- Upholds standards which exceed regulatory industry standards for health code, quality, and cleanliness
- May be assigned additional work within the restaurant operation as needed
Please Apply if You Have
- 1 year Customer service experience in a retail, quick-service or full service restaurant environment, taproom, or brewery preferred
- An interest in and love of craft beer, local and artisanal food, and dynamic operations is required
- Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to consistently maintain professionalism, collaboration, and self-motivation
- Computer literacy is preferred
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Must be able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities while still delivering superior customer service
- CA Food Handler's Card upon hire required
