About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Task Management Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing tasks across various departments to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects. Your primary goal will be to coordinate workflows, track progress, and ensure that all assigned tasks align with the organization's strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a recent university degree in science, accounting, or engineering, demonstrating a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. This role is perfect for someone who has recently graduated within the last year and is eager to apply their academic knowledge in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee tasks across multiple teams, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with team leads to prioritize tasks based on organizational goals.
- Track progress and provide regular status updates to senior management.
- Identify bottlenecks or delays in task completion and proactively find solutions.
- Maintain clear and effective communication between departments to ensure smooth task execution.
- Utilize task management software, primarily Wrike Task Management to track, assign, and follow up on deliverables.
- Prepare reports and presentations on task progress and project completion.
- Assist in the development and refinement of task management processes to improve efficiency.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the corporation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in science, accounting, engineering, or a related field (must have graduated within the last year).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with task management software or project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience or knowledge in project coordination or management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
