Job Location: St. Helena, California
Job Type: Temporary
Pay Rate: $23-24/hour + pooled tips (cash tips, credit card tips, and a service charge for each reservation)
Schedule: Friday - Sunday, 10am-6:30pm
Description of Position:
Do you have experience working in a wine tasting room as a Guest Support Associate? Our client in St. Helena is seeking a dedicated team member to assist in creating an exceptional guest experience. As a Guest Support Associate, you will ensure that the tasting room is clean, welcoming, and organized. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and has a keen eye for detail.
- Food Expediting:
- Deliver food orders promptly and accurately to guests.
- Glassware Buffing:
- Ensure all glassware is spotless, free of smudges, fingerprints, and water spots.
- Table Clearing & Cleaning:
- Quickly and efficiently clear tables of used dishes, glassware, and utensils.
- Tasting Room Cleanliness:
- Maintain a clean and tidy environment throughout the tasting room and surrounding areas.
- Guest Interaction & Support:
- Greet and engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
Description of Company:
You will be supporting a well-established trendy, modern winery in St. Helena, California, offering wine tastings as well as food and wine pairings.
Experience Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
- The role involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout most of the shift
