A bit about us:
Long-established CPA firm located in the shadow of the Space Needle. Our vision statement is to provide outstanding service and products in a timely manner, within a healthy and balanced working environment that fosters collaboration, mutual respect, and appreciation among our team and our clients. The culture of our firm is professional but relaxed. Our management is committed to always being available for assistance, and while our leaders are very much approachable and eager to provide guidance, we believe employees deserve to work autonomously and independently.
Why join us?
While a career in public accounting can be very rewarding, we also recognize there is more to life than work. Here is what we do to encourage work/life balance:
We offer five weeks Paid Time Off each year, plus twelve paid holidays
Employees are able to work a flexible hybrid schedule from home 4 days a week, coming together with the team in the office on Wednesdays
Busy season hours are generally between 50 and 60 hours a week, and weekends are not required
We work with a variety of closely-held businesses, as well as individuals associated with those businesses and high-net worth individuals. The work we do for a majority of our clients goes beyond tax preparation – we are trusted advisors providing audit and assurance work, tax planning, business consulting, and other accounting support and services. Our team of 14 employees diligently provides excellent service to our clients, without sacrificing a life outside of the office.
Compensation is competitive and benefits include an annual bonus; five weeks of paid time off, plus twelve holidays; medical and dental coverage; employer contributions to HSA; a 401(k) plan with employer contributions; employer-paid onsite parking; reimbursements for continuing education, professional licensing and membership in professional organizations; company-provided laptop; and flexible hybrid work environment (in-office Wednesdays).
