Tax Associate Attorney - CBOHN

The New York office is seeking associates for our tax practice group. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in transactional tax work, with meaningful exposure to leveraged finance and capital markets transactions.

Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills, a strong academic background and be admitted to the New York Bar.

The firm offers a competitive salary structure and the anticipated base salary range for this position will be a minimum of $260,000 a year and a maximum of $435,000 depending on experience. The actual salary may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
