We are seeking a Tax Associate with at least 3 years of experience in tax preparation to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with solid tax preparation experience who is focused on business returns, with the opportunity to handle some individual returns as well.
While this position is currently focused on tax preparation, we see this as a stepping stone to future growth. Over the next 18 months to 2 years, the right candidate will have the opportunity to build their skills and advance toward review-level responsibilities.

Job Details
We are seeking a Tax Associate with at least 3 years of experience in tax preparation to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with solid tax preparation experience who is focused on business returns, with the opportunity to handle some individual returns as well.
While this position is currently focused on tax preparation, we see this as a stepping stone to future growth. Over the next 18 months to 2 years, the right candidate will have the opportunity to build their skills and advance toward review-level responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns for businesses and individuals
- Work primarily on business tax returns (corporations, partnerships, LLCs) and assist with individual tax returns as needed
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned tax returns
- Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and effective tax strategies
- Collaborate with the tax team and other departments to provide excellent client service
- Support more senior tax staff as needed with various tax-related tasks
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation within public accounting
- Strong experience with business tax returns, including corporations, partnerships, and LLCs
- Familiarity with individual tax returns
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tax filings with attention to detail
- Solid understanding of tax regulations and tax preparation software
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Eagerness to grow and advance toward review-level responsibilities in the next 18 months to 2 years
