Tax Controversy Counsel - Philadelphia, PA; New York, NY; Washington, DC - LaBine and Associates

Our national AmLaw100 client is adding a counsel to one of our offices, and we are actively interviewing attorneys for consideration.

We are looking for the following characteristics :

• Strong research, writing skills, and academic record.
• Tax controversy experience (audits, appeals) required.
• Experience in tax litigation.

Required Qualifications Include:

• Ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team.

• Juris Doctorate (JD) required.

• Must be licensed to practice law in office's state.

The target candidate will be a mid-career attorney (8-10 years legal experience), with experience in tax controversy. This firm does provide a path to partnership and assigns a mentor to new associates on day one.
