Job Details
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree in Taxation or CPA is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management, tax compliance, and tax planning.
- Proven work experience as a tax manager or tax accountant in a corporate setting.
- In-depth knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance, and all types of tax returns.
- Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems.
- Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships.
- Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
- Analytical skills with detail orientation.
- Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software (e.g. TurboTax) and databases.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of tax software and MS Office.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to function well in a team-oriented environment.
