About the Job
- Metrics and KPI Expertise and Enhancements: Assist with preparation for regularly scheduled KPI reviews and leadership updates; Proactively share updates about ecosystem health and performance
- Tableau Dashboards and Visualizations: Build, maintain, improve, and standardize Tableau dashboards and visualizations for data analysis and reporting
- Anomaly Monitoring, Detection, and Alerting: Collaborate with Policy and Ops teams to monitor, detect, and alert on anomalies
- Data Sources: Implementation & maintenance of data pipelines; Defining requirements for data engineers for large initiatives
- Control Group Analytics, Insights, Recommendations, and Improvements: Drive data-driven insights and recommendations for policy optimization
- YoY Season Readiness: Ensure data structures and dashboards are ready for year-over-year seasonal changes; This includes closing out last season's tables, setting up new season charts, and updating tax-season-specific logic
- Smooth Transitions: Coordinate with partner teams to ensure smooth transitions as dependent systems are upgraded, migrated, or have data structure changes; Perform thorough data validation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Finance, Advanced Analytics, a related field or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of experience analyzing data in domains such as cybersecurity, digital products, service operations, e-commerce marketplace, customer care, finance, and marketing
- 4+ years of experience building dashboards using Tableau/Looker or any other visualization tool
- Extensive SQL experience, particularly in your current role
- Familiar with using GitHub
- The ability to simplify complex concepts
- Excellent problem-solving skills and end-to-end, systems-oriented quantitative thinking
- Outstanding communication skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues
- Proactive and inquisitive learner: seeks out and capitalizes on opportunities to enhance the business, rather than reacting to circumstances
- Strong organization, time management, and task prioritization skills
- The ability to work independently and make decisions with little direction
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
