Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Handling tax compliance and advisory engagements in a variety of industries with a focus on Small to Medium sized businesses.
- Managing, developing and training Staff Accountants
- Work closely with firm leadership to play a key role in business development and firm administration activities.
- Review and Prepare Tax Returns
- Keeping informed of current tax developments and effectively applying tax knowledge/research to specific client situations and communicating tax developments with team members.
- 5+ years in federal tax compliance, planning and consulting at a public accounting firm
- CPA license required
- Proven ability to manage, mentor and develop staff
- Experience with complex partnership allocations
- Good project management and analytical skills
