Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Tax Manager role should possess the following qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (such as CPA or CMA) is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management, with a strong focus on tax planning, compliance, and reporting.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance, and all tax-related matters.
4. Proven experience in preparing and reviewing tax returns and financial reports.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make well-judged decisions.
