The Richmond Group USA (TRG) is seeking an enthusiastic Tax Manager to take charge of a CPA firm in Charlottesville, VA offering you a fast track to a partner role.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and oversee all tax engagements, ensuring top-notch compliance and results.
• Build strong client relationships and manage day-to-day tax processes.
• Prepare and review tax returns and reports, guiding and supporting the team.
• Stay ahead of tax laws and tackle any challenges that come up.

What We’re Looking For:

• A CPA with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 3+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax compliance.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks required, Drake Tax a plus).
