Tax Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee tax preparation and review for small businesses and individual clients.
• Manage financial statement preparation, review, and reporting across diverse client portfolios.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships, with 65% of revenue from 1040, tax planning, and corporate financial services.
• Learn firm processes and prepare for potential buy-in and eventual ownership.

Tax Manager Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in tax and accounting, with an emphasis on small businesses.
• Certification: CPA designation required.
• Software Proficiency: ProFx experience preferred.
• Skills: Entrepreneurial mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience.
