Most important, demonstrate a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.How you’ll create opportunities in this Manager/Director – National Accounting for Income Taxes role:Serve clients in a high impact manner, demonstrating command of a major area of specialization.Demonstrate deep technical skills and general industry knowledge.Excel at engagement management and operational excellence.Drive the global tax provision process and coordinate with specialists.Lead engagement teams and provide technical instruction.Manage client relationships and engagement metrics.Coordinate staffing with peers.Assist with business development opportunities.Travel expectation is 0% - 10%.What you will need:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.Experience: Six years of experience serving in a tax role with a public accounting firm and/or professional services firm.Certification/ Licenses: CPA certification.
