Tax Manager - CATSearch HR Consultancy Inc.

Responsibilities:

• Working directly with clients/managing relationships as the primary point of contact.
• Reviewing tax returns - Individual (1040), trust/estate (1041), partnership (1065), S corp (1120S), C corp (1120), and gift tax returns (709).
• Leading a team of staff accountants and supervising their work.
  

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of public accounting experience
• Master's degree in Accounting, preferred
• Active Texas CPA license, strongly preferred
