As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality tax services, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic tax insights to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee tax preparation and review for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other entities.
- Ensure all tax filings are accurate and comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Conduct tax research and develop effective tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
- Conduct performance reviews, give feedback, and support professional growth within the team.
- Review and approve tax returns prepared by staff, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Oversee multiple client engagements simultaneously, balancing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Review and finalize tax reports, summaries, and financial documentation for clients.
