Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to show your expertise in specialized knowledge in a particular tax field.
- Supervise staff and seniors, provide constructive feedback to team and evaluate progress while offering guidance.
- Present oneself professionally and uphold high communication standards within the firm.
- Take ownership of actions and continuously expand expertise in tax-related matters.
- Ability to provide high quality tax planning for clients that involve all their business needs.
- Cultivate relationships with clients, provide timely responses to inquiries, and engage in discussions around clients' strategic and operational effectiveness.
- Demonstrate specialized knowledge and expertise in tax planning and return preparation.
- Supervise tax return preparation and ensure quality and accuracy before finalization.
- Provide leadership by developing junior staff, managing workloads effectively, and ensuring timely and profitable completion of engagements.
- Initiate and develop relationships with prospective clients, understand market competitiveness, and identify opportunities for cross-selling services.
- Participate in external networking groups to expand the firm's reach and visibility.
Job Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Tax Compliance
B.S in Accounting or related field
