We’ll love you if... 

• You’re equipped with a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or Accounting, with a Master’s degree being an added advantage. **If you have experience commensurate with a degree, please apply!**
• You hold a CPA license in the State of California, with around seven years of rich experience in tax preparation across individual, corporate, and partnership engagements.
• You have proven track record of supervisory experience, excel in planning, performing, and completing tax engagements, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
• You possess robust technology skills, with proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office, and have experience with ProSystem fx and CaseWare.
• You’re a ringer at building and nurturing professional relationships with clients is a cornerstone of your expertise.
• You consistently deliver excellent work products and provide exceptional client service, including meticulous planning and consulting.
• You have a passion for developing associates and senior associates through comprehensive training.
• You can demonstrate your commitment to fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting, displaying exemplary project management, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Your superior client service skills enable you to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $105,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
