Our client, a rapidly growing public accounting firm, has an immediate need for a tax manager. The tax manager will report directly to the managing partner and be primarily responsible for overseeing a team and reviewing their work.

Duties include:
- Overseeing tax planning, compliance, and preparation of various tax returns (1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, 1041).
- Staying up to date with tax laws and regulations, ensuring accurate and timely filings for individual and corporate clients.
- Providing tax-related guidance to clients.
- Conducting tax research.
- Assisting with other tax-related projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required.
- CPA required.
- 7+ years of progressive tax experience; including tax planning, compliance, and preparation.
- Knowledge of tax regulations.
- Previous management experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal correspondence.
