Our team helps our clients develop, design & implement plans to achieve their personal wealth goals & maintenance for future generations.Job Requirements and Preferences:Basic Qualifications:Minimum Degree Required:Bachelor DegreeRequired Fields of Study:AccountingMinimum Years of Experience:5 year(s)Certification(s) Required:CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunityPreferred Qualifications:Preferred Knowledge/Skills:Demonstrates extensive-level abilities and/or a proven record of success consulting with high net worth individuals on some of the following areas:Individual income tax planning; Financial planning;Wealth transfer planning;Business succession planning or trust and estate work; and,Comprehensive technical skills related to income tax filings associated with High Net Worth individuals and related entities. Demonstrates extensive-level abilities and/or a proven record of success identifying and addressing client needs: Individual income tax planning; Financial planning;Wealth transfer planning;Business succession planning or trust and estate work; and,Comprehensive technical skills related to income tax filings associated with High Net Worth individuals and related entities. Building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement;Communicating value propositions;Managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and,Preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials. Demonstrates extensive-level abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader:Individual income tax planning; Financial planning;Wealth transfer planning;Business succession planning or trust and estate work; and,Comprehensive technical skills related to income tax filings associated with High Net Worth individuals and related entities.
