Demonstrates extensive-level abilities and/or a proven record of success identifying and addressing client needs: Individual income tax planning; Financial planning;Wealth transfer planning;Business succession planning or trust and estate work; and,Comprehensive technical skills related to income tax filings associated with High Net Worth individuals and related entities. Building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement;Communicating value propositions;Managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and,Preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials. Demonstrates extensive-level abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader:Individual income tax planning; Financial planning;Wealth transfer planning;Business succession planning or trust and estate work; and,Comprehensive technical skills related to income tax filings associated with High Net Worth individuals and related entities.
