Tax Manager - Public - Robert Half

Description We are in search of a Tax Manager to join our team in the Public industry, located in Edmonds, Washington. As a Tax Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing tax planning, compliance, preparation, and ensuring adherence to tax laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for managing a team, conducting tax research, and providing tax advice to clients. Responsibilities: - Oversee tax planning procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations - Prepare tax returns and handle any related queries - Conduct tax research to remain updated on current tax laws and standards - Provide tax advice to clients to aid their financial planning - Utilize accounting software systems for efficient tax planning and compliance - Apply strategies for annual income tax provision - Ensure adherence to auditing standards and compliance with tax laws - Manage a team, fostering leadership skills and promoting a positive work environment - Advise on entity formation and tax planning strategies - Utilize CaseWare for efficient management of client data and tax planning. The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000 + bonus.
