This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with tax laws and optimizing the company's tax strategies, responsible for both compliance and provisions (ASC740). Key responsibilities include preparing and filing tax returns, developing tax strategies, evaluating business transactions for tax implications, and representing the company during audits. The Tax Manager should possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of U.S. GAAP, and in-depth knowledge of tax laws.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Tax, CPA required
• 7+ years’ experience
• Strong experience with Tax Compliance and Provisions

Salary $120-150k.
