About the Job
CPA firm seeking a Tax Manager / Sr. Tax Manager with Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) expertise.
This position can be based in NYC or Fully Remote.
Responsibilities:
· Manage tax compliance, tax provision, and tax advisory services to health-care institutions, higher education institutions, private foundation and exempt organizations
· Assist in managing, developing and coaching professional tax staff
· Help develop, build and manage client relationships
· Participate and actively grow the practice through external marketing and business development activities
· Provide timely and outstanding client service exceeding client expectations
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 5 to 7 years related experience in public accounting focusing on Employee Benefit Plans.
· CPA certification is required
· Experience managing multiple client engagements
