International Tax Manager - Northeast Houston - Oil and Gas
- Manage the US international tax function including related compliance, provision, planning, and audit support for foreign operations
- Review business operational activities and accounting records, identifying income tax issues, and researching applicable tax law
- Review relevant tax forms including Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, and 1118
- Defend income tax return positions under audit by the IRS
- Responsible for career development and coaching of personnel
