Tax Partner - Construction Industry expert (cpa firm) REMOTE at CPA firm

CPA firm seeking a Tax Partner to  lead our Construction Industry practice. This is an opportunity for a charismatic leader with expertise in the Construction Industry.

This position can be REMOTE or located in our NY or NJ office. 

Responsibilities:

·         Manage client service relationships

·         Conduct tax planning

·         Oversee all aspects of tax compliance for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts and estates

·         Maintain strong client relations and cross-sell services within the assigned group of clients

·         Work closely with partners, managers, and staff to integrate practice development skills into a team approach to client service and new business development

·         Manage, develop, train, and mentor staff on tax projects

·         Advise clients with recommendations on business and process improvements and serve as a business advisor to clients

Qualifications:

·         CPA

·         Experience with a public accounting firm or large law firm

·         Excellent analytical, technical and tax accounting/technology skills with proficiency in US GAAP and tax compliance and consulting

·         Experience training and developing staff

·         Subject matter expert in the Construction Industry
