ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Inside Sales Representative's key role is to welcome clients, manage initial interactions, set expectations, and guide them through the process of registering and using the client portal. This position serves as the initial contact for new clients seeking tax preparation and resolution services. Your objective is to ensure each client receives a top-tier experience from the start. The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, effective time management, and a preference for a lively, inclusive, and dynamic work environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Follow up with clients to complete their virtual onboarding.
- Contact clients to clarify the resolution process, and gather necessary tax information for unfiled returns.
- Propose improvements to the onboarding process and offer solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the team to create and update client communication templates.
- Communicate with clients for additional tax information clarification as needed.
- Keep CRM updated with accurate notes and case status in alignment with company protocols and procedures.
- Assist clients with registration and navigation in the client portal.
- Perform other essential duties as needed or assigned.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A background in providing top-tier customer service.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Self-driven with a proactive approach.
- Comfortable in client-facing roles.
- Capable of maintaining high energy, enthusiasm, and dedication in daily tasks and minimum talk time.
- Skilled at interacting professionally and effectively with all organizational levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Google Gmail, Calendly, and internal communication tools.

Job Type: Full-time.
Pay: $45,000-$80,000.
