Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Cost Basis Reporting Associate

Position type: Full-time Contract

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Jersey City, NJ/ New York, NY (Onsite)

As a Cost Basis Reporting Associate, you will:

• Perform different levels of data analysis & reconciliation of Cost Basis supplier and our inhouse data.
• Ensure that the status reports produced are accurate, relevant, complete, and actionable.
• Assist in the team with review of year-end tax form (1099s, 1042-S, 2439 etc.) and related checkout.
• Data testing and validation
• Support creation, modification and review of test plan and test summary documents
• Support the team in addressing cost basis related inquiries from our clients.
• Root cause research and analysis for Cost Basis and tax reporting processes

Top 3 Skills:

• Analytical thinker, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and tenacity
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office including Excel (required), Word (required), and Power Point (required)

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $20 - $23 per hour>

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
