We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Senior to join our dynamic finance team. This role will require you to leverage your expertise in tax provisions, partnership tax compliance, tax compliance, and tax preparation to provide strategic tax solutions and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where each day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn. You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate tax reporting, and providing expert tax advice to our clients and internal teams.

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of tax compliance, including federal, state, local, and international tax returns.
2. Prepare and review tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740.
3. Manage partnership tax compliance, including the preparation and review of partnership tax returns and K-1s.
4. Provide expert advice on tax matters to clients and internal teams, including tax planning, tax compliance, and tax strategy.
5. Identify and implement tax planning opportunities to minimize tax liabilities and risks.
6. Stay abreast of current tax laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.
8. Manage and mentor junior tax staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree in Taxation or a CPA designation is highly preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a tax manager role, preferably within the finance industry.
3. Demonstrated expertise in tax provisions, partnership tax compliance, tax compliance, and tax preparation.
4. Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and other relevant tax laws and regulations.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax laws and regulations.
6. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor junior staff.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex tax matters to non-tax professionals.
8. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
9. Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
10. Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence.
