Tax Senior/Manager/Senior manager - Venteon

Our client, a privately owned company in the Metro Detroit area, is seeking a Tax Senior/Manager/Senior Tax Manager to join their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES of the Tax Senior/Manager/Senior Tax Manager

• Tax preparation (corporate, individual, partnerships, estate/trust, non-profit), depending on area of expertise
• Preparation of compilations and reviews, inclusive of preparing workpapers and financial statements
• Identifying and resolving client issues
• Main point of contact for basic client questions and information
• Ensure client satisfaction and managing deadlines

RESPONSIBILITIES of the Tax Senior/Manager/Senior Tax Manager

• Client has strong book of business
• No layoffs during COVID
• Tons of flexibility, in terms of remote, in office, hybrid to suit the individual
• Lot of upward mobility within the firm

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE of the Tax Senior/Manager/Senior Tax Manager

• 2-4 (Tax Senior), 4-7 (Manager), 7+ (Sr Manager) years of Accounting experience
• CPA highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
