Salary: $100,000 - $145,000 per year

We are located in the South Puget Sound area but serve clients throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond. We have clients with business interests or nexus or residence in many states, and in the past year, we filed tax returns in 24 states and assisted with foreign filings in 6 countries.

Job Details
Perform diversified accounting assignments
Prepare and review business and individual tax returns
Assist in tax planning strategies for business and individual clients
Research complex tax issues and communicate findings to in-charge partner
Update staff on new tax legislation and law changes on a timely basis
Prepare clear and concise workpapers and perform various procedures under GAAP to verify accuracy and validity of client financial matters
Consult with business clients and individuals regarding tax and accounting matters
Perform review and compilation engagements
Supervise staff as needed
Job Requirements include:
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, project management and problem-solving techniques
4 to 6+ years’ experience in tax and accounting
Advanced computer skills
BS in Accounting required; MBA preferred
CPA or CPA candidate preferred
