This is the ideal role for a Tax Senior who wants to keep working in tax, but wants to escape the long hours of buys season. This is a standard 40-hour week role!

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training for new tax professionals.
- Foster relationships with new staff through orientation and ongoing support.
- Identify training needs and work with experts to develop content.
- Build a library of accessible learning resources.
- Offer guidance to staff as they apply new skills.
- Keep up with tax laws and ensure effective communication.
Qualifications to be considered for the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 3+ years in public accounting with a focus on tax or experience teaching tax topics.
- Experience training, mentoring, or leading staff is a plus.
