Job Summary and Qualifications

Job Summary: 

The Administrative Director provides administrative direction and support for the TCT Program at HCA Florida North Florida Hospital. They work closely with the Cancer Service Line Administrator and Program Leadership to coordinate strategies and practices of the Hematologic Malignancy and Blood and Marrow Transplant programs. The Administrative Director also oversees services related to stem cell collection, stem cell processing lab, nursing of outpatient departments of the program working closely with the department director(s)/manager(s) for these core functional areas of the program, including nursing services for IP care. Interfaces and coordinates cooperatively with program components internal and external administrations and staff. Areas of responsibility include FACT preparation and maintenance, contracting, quality and compliance, strategic development, marketing and outreach and research.

What qualifications you will need: 

• Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree preferred. Clinical or business certification or degree preferred
• 3+ years healthcare operations management experience in a leadership capacity
• Experience in Oncology / Stem Cell Transplant or other oncology research field required

• Prior experience working within a “Transplant & Cellular Therapy (TCT) / Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) / Blood and Marrow transplant program is highly preferred
