Teacher - THE MAGNOLIA SCHOOL LLC

The Magnolia School is a private school in Lakeway, TX.  We are hiring for teaching positions for the 2023-2024 school year.  Positions range from pre-school through middle school, with an emphasis in elementary ages.  Teachers will be responsible for a classroom of up to 18 students, teaching up to 12 students in a group.  All students work at their learning level for instruction and will move between classes based on need.  

Applicants should have experience with children and have a desire to learn new teaching technologies. Experience with children who have learning disabilities is a plus since we are an inclusive school. Paid training and ongoing mentor-ship is provided to all employees.  A bachelor's degree is required for all elementary and middle school aged teaching positions.  Teaching certifications are not required. 

Our organization aims to make education fun, flexible and supportive.  Working hours are between 8-4 M-F with 7 weeks of paid school holidays, additional PTO, medical, dental, vision, supplemental insurance, and 401k. Opportunities for extended hours available.
