Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related child development field preferred

Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related child development field required and actively working on a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related child development field

COM certification required within twelve (12) of employment

At least two years of experience in child care atmosphere or similar preschool educational institution required

Must obtain a food-handlers permit within two weeks

Must have initial TB screening

Must have initial physical (and yearly)

Must have a current CPR and First Aid certificate (Pediatric/to Adult)

CDL and Oklahoma School Bus Driver’s license preferred

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Must be able to stoop, bend, and lift on a daily basis

Requires a high level of personal integrity and ethics

Must maintain confidentiality at all times

Requires a high level of problem-solving skills

Requires willingness and ability to learn new skills, including travel to conference and training sessions

Requires ability to use Microsoft Office Suite programs

Requires good interpersonal communication and team work skills

Must be able to pass a criminal background check and fingerprinting

Must be able to pass drug/alcohol testing
