Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in preparing and delivering instructional materials.
- Support students with learning activities both in and outside the classroom.
- Help maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
- Assist with classroom management and discipline as directed by the teacher.
- Organize and prepare classroom resources and materials for lessons.
- Facilitate small group activities and one-on-one support for students.
Requirements
- A minimum of a high school diploma; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Previous experience in an educational setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
- Patience and a passion for working with children.
- Basic understanding of child development and learning processes.
