Team Lead- Controller - Precision Life Sciences

Job: Team lead, Controller

Location: New Jersey

The Key Responsibilities for this Position are: 

• Support in controlling and planning activities.
• Review and ensure, proper accounting of non-routine transaction with the support of GFRT in compliance with IFRS, IND AS and Global accounting policies
• Periodic review and update the SOX controls for NAG and coordinate with SOX auditors
• Responsible for handling both Internal and External Audits
• Inventory reconciliation and liaison with External Co-packers, CMO, and Supply Chain
• Budgetary controls and monthly reporting of actual vs budgets with departments
• US Census reporting (Monthly/Quarterly/Annually)
• Supporting in NA Corporate Secretarial Compliance
• Supporting in Accounts Payable, Banking and Treasury Operations, and Purchasing Cards
• Support on Finance/IT integration projects/Adhoc projects.
• Support in Small Business Compliance (for Government Contracts).
