Team Lead, Corporate Treasury Operations
This individual is a key leader in the company’s Corporate Treasury Operations function. This position will lead global responsibilities that require you to interact with various UKG stakeholders and external banking partners. This role will be actively involved in a broad range of treasury-related processes and projects for our rapidly growing company.
In this role, you will:
• Lead to drive best in class treasury processes, activities and initiatives
• Drive team performance to achieve strong results through collaborative relationships
• Partner cross functionally across various business initiatives both owned and supported by Corporate Treasury Operations
• Manage global cash management processes across multiple entities and currencies in areas such as cash positioning, payments, intercompany transactions, reporting
• Drive strong domestic and international banking relationships
• Drive results for timely bank regulatory processes, also known as KYC, across multiple entities and account maintenance such as account openings, closures and mandate revisions
• Solve complex issues through analytical thinking and develop innovative solutions
• Navigate robust information, internal and external relationships, and technology to enhance and streamline processes
• Manage Treasury policies and controls to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Oversee internal and external audit requests related to Treasury operations
• Assist with M&A/special project related activities
• Various ad hoc Treasury related items and internal/external reporting
The skills you’ll bring include:
• Minimum of 8+ years of treasury operations experience
• BA/BS degree in finance, economics or accounting preferred, MBA is a plus
• Kyriba or other TMS experience
• Experience in a high volume global multi-currency company
• Strong analytical and modeling skills
• Solid ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, adhere to tight deadlines
• Experience using various treasury, banking and financial reporting systems
• Proficient in Microsoft platforms
• Flexible problem-solver with the ability to adapt as change arises
• Team player working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, interpersonal and business partnering skills to interact with various levels of management and build influential relationships with internal and external partners

The pay range for this position is $96,900 to $105,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
