We are seeking a Team Lead with a robust understanding of Data Warehousing and ETL processes to drive our projects and lead our technical team towards achieving business and technology objectives. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding business needs, and architecting scalable systems. The successful candidate will take ownership from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect systems to meet business requirements and scale proficiently.
• Lead collaborations with business teams, data scientists, and engineers to implement solutions.
• Take full ownership of projects, ensuring end-to-end solution delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and finalize solutions.
• Guide and support team members to achieve individual targets and KPIs.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts and ETL tools (ex. Matillion, Informatica, SSIS).
• Proven leadership and project management experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders.

Industry Experience Required:
Experience in IT or software development, with a focus on Data Warehousing and analytics projects is essential.
