Job Summary:
The Team Lead Driver directs and organizes day-to-day work within Transportation functions. Produces and facilitates schedule and delegates work. Provides assistance and training to all entry, intermediate and advanced drivers. Enforces policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to all drivers.
Job Specifications:
+ Housing: May Be Available
+ Expected Pay Range $23.00 - $29.59 / hour
+ Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time
+ Skill Level: Advanced
Job Requirements:
+ Providing assistance to three key areas of service
+ Leading your team to accomplish daily goals
+ Adheres to all safe driving regulations and standards
+ Directs day to day work within transportation function
+ Enforces policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
+ Provides training and guidance to all staff
+ Addresses safety issues and notifies senior management
+ May resolve guest issues and concerns
+ Coordinates with dispatch supervisor and operations manager and other departments and outside agencies as needed
+ Thoroughly familiar with all areas of transportation and functions
+ Controls and maintains vehicle fleet and other equipment/ up to 100 vehicles
+ Responsible for quality of guest services
+ Takes leadership essential classes
+ Ability to have difficult conversations based on performance and vehicle incident reviews and then provide written documentation on employee coaching and disciplinary forms
+ Report vehicle incidents to senior management in a timely manner
+ Provide feedback to direct reports
+ Ensure the daily schedule fulfills operations/ business needs
+ Ensure the daily scheduled shifts are filled to comply with contracted obligations
+ Evaluate drivers and trainer on daily basis
+ Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
+ Must be 21 years of age or older
+ Satisfactory Driving Record
+ Valid Driver’s License
+ Hold or be able to get a CDL Class A or B (w/Passenger endorsement) within the first 20 days of employment
+ Be knowledgeable in 2-way radio use and various codes
The expected pay range is $23.00 - $29.59. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
