Key Responsibilities
As a Team Lead, you will:
- Drive Sales: Meet and exceed personal and store KPIs and sales goals by implementing effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Lead by Example: Inspire and motivate the sales team to achieve productivity goals through continuous development and support.
- Stay Fashion-Forward: Maintain a deep understanding of the fashion industry and current market trends to guide your team and enhance customer experience.
- Customer Experience: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering personalized shopping experiences, including utilizing personal shopper IG and encouraging staff to do the same.
- Problem-Solving: Quickly and effectively resolve customer issues, always putting the customer’s best interest first while aligning with company values.
- Store Excellence: Ensure the store is consistently safe, well-organized, and visually appealing. Collaborate with the store manager to maintain high standards of presentation.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee all cash control procedures, including bank deposits, and assist with stock, shipping, and inventory tasks as needed.
- Training & Development: Ensure all staff are thoroughly trained in sales and operations, and participate in relevant training programs and meetings to continuously improve team performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a retail leadership role, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for fashion and sustainability.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with inventory management and cash handling procedures.
