Cornerstone Staffing Solutions, Inc. is now seeking a Team Leader for our Client in Litchfield Park, AZ (next to Air Force Base) location!
This position is at a Distribution Center where you’ll have the strong advantage of personal interaction amongst Team Members and Client. Payrate range Hourly $22.00-$24.00/hr.
SCHEDULE: Schedule 5AM – 1:30PM Tuesday – Saturday
Please Note: There will be times when hours vary, depending upon client needs and production levels. Weekend and after-hours availability is essential to this role.
Team Leader DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Oversee daily operations of a large distribution center
-Coordinate employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage at all times
-Perform employee check-ins at the start of 1st shift. Track any attendance occurrences such as call-outs and tardiness
-Enforce all workplace policies and procedures
-Coordinate training and development for employees
-Address and report safety concerns/injuries in a timely manner
-Ensure safety, production, and compliance across the worksite
-Answer inquiries from clients and employees
-Mediate on-site conflicts
-Assist in payroll processing for employees
-Perform frequent and thorough walk-through’s of the entire facility to ensure production needs are being met
-Recruiting for new positions and to backfill existing positions
Team Leader QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
-Flexibility with schedule a Plus
-Bilingual (English & Spanish – read, write, speak) a Plus
-Recruiting experience in the Staffing Industry a Plus
-Processing Payroll, Worker Comp and HR issue reporting a Plus
-Strong time management skills
-Ability to stand & walk for long periods of time
-Effective communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills
-Strong public speaking skills
-Team-player attitude with a focus on collaboration
