Team Lead Responsibilities
Client relationship & Business development
- Employee training experience Communicating goals and deadlines to team members Planning workloads and delegating tasks
- Creating a productive work environment for the team using gamification, trust and other appropriate strategies
- Assessing team performance and providing feedback to employees Assisting with training employees
- Assisting with the daily operation of the organization
- Performing customer service functions, including interacting with customers and answering questions
- Providing teams with information about recent developments, programs and policy changes of management Team Leaders perform several types of managerial roles.
- Help communicate the organizations vision to employees helping teams to meet those objectives.
- Team Leaders also set clear goals and deadlines for employees, delegating tasks and motivating teams to achieve specific objectives.
- They also measure their team's performance and create an atmosphere that promotes growth.
Operations
- Assist Site Leaders or Sr. Site Leaders as needed.
- Train inspectors and validate adherence to process (ie: audits)
- Communicate changes in projects and work instructions to inspectors
- Document and report non-conformances to Site Leader/Supervisor
- Make independent judgments for subjective scenarios according to project needs
- Troubleshoot and problem solve with the Site Lead/ Supervisor, for issues pertaining to process flow, new criteria, spikes/spills
- Manage material movements using inventory management tools (ie: scanners) as needed
- Work as an inspector when required
- Comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies
- Comply with all TRIGO and site specific customer policies
