Job Summary:
The Guest Services Team Leader will support the Outside Guest Services Team or “Greeters” in delivering the highest level of guest service to the resort guests. The Outside Guest Service Team fills a variety of roles and assists other departments as priorities may shift throughout the day based on guest volume, traffic flow and daily event schedules, etc. This position will also schedule, train and assist staff with the electronic fulfillment of ticketing and season pass at multiple outside locations. This team fields guest questions about resort activities and general resort information, when necessary, the Team Lead of Guest Services will handle escalated guest issues, promptly with the utmost professionalism.
Job Specifications:
+ Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $26.45 / hour
+ Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time Winter Seasonal – Early November – Early April
+ Skill Level: Advanced
Job Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for ongoing training and development of new and existing staff
+ Supervise shifts- handling escalations, team needs, and tasks assigned by manager.
+ Dispatch Emergency Services per established procedures, contact additional agencies/resources as needed.
+ Supervise and administrate payroll for direct reports
+ Assist other resort department leadership with planning and execution of guest service initiatives and events, activations
+ Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent - required
+ Previous experience in guest service – required
+ Ability to work outside, on your feet, in all weather conditions for long periods of time
+ Microsoft office proficiency - required
+ Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays- required
+ Read, write, speak, and comprehend English - required
+ College degree - preferred
+ Previous experience in Lodging/Hospitality or similar - preferred
Previous supervisory experience - preferred
The expected pay range is $20.00 - $26.45. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
