The Leader-in-Training position is crafted for ambitious individuals who are motivated to take on leadership roles within the organization. This role is a key part of AO’s leadership development path, designed to offer hands-on experience and in-depth training across various facets of the business. The ultimate goal is to thoroughly prepare candidates for leadership by instilling the essential skills, knowledge, and experience needed to excel as a manager. This includes:

Duties and Responsibilities
- Master AO’s proven system and online software within 90 days for leadership qualification
- Host Zoom meetings with individuals and families to discuss their insurance needs
- Guide clients through the enrollment process, providing assistance and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with team members and mentors to hone skills
- Help develop new team members through leading by example
